Living with disability, she brings deep lived experience to her work — honouring the intelligence of the body, the resilience of the nervous system, and the power of erotic expression as a pathway to healing.\nWith a background in Process-Oriented Psychotherapy, erotic embodiment, and nervous system science, Rachel supports individuals and couples to reconnect with their bodies, desires, and inner truth. Her approach integrates breath, movement, self-pleasure practices, and relational energetics — always grounded in compassion, consent, and respect for each person’s unique pace and story.\nRachel has facilitated immersive workshops and intimacy education, guiding people to return to pleasure, expand their emotional and erotic range, and feel more fully alive.
